Return policy

nikootrend is committed to quality and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied , you may return the product for a refund of the purchase price. If you are not satisfied with your order, the following requirements must be followed for returning merchandise:

All returns must be made within 10 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a receipt.
All orders must have a return authorization code before being sent back to us. Any package without a code will not be accepted. We will be happy to help you.
Any consumable products returned must be in its original packaging .
Refunds for returns received within 30 days from the purchase date will be given in the same form as the original payment type.
Your original shipping costs will not be refunded. You are responsible for any costs to return merchandise.
nikootrend is not responsible for lost or damaged returns that you send. For tracking purposes, if you are returning your order via USPS, you must purchase and include Delivery Confirmation, Signature Confirmation, and/or Return Receipt Requested for each package returned. If any package you send is not delivered to us for any reason, we will not replace or refund your order.
